Cubs of Wall Street Challenge Terms and Conditions
By registering for the Cubs of Wall Street Challenge, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. Invest Bright reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion without any notice.
We do not want participants to pair up with strangers for this competition. While we encourage networking with other competitors, we assume that all our participants have a sense of cyber security and will make responsible decisions online. We will not be responsible for any harm or losses caused by poor digital behavior and the online activities of participants. Irresponsible behavior in online competitions and events constitutes review and removal of the participant if necessary.
FOR THE CUBS OF WALL STREET CHALLENGE: Students must currently be entering middle school (rising 6th graders), be currently in or transition from any grades 6-8, or must be just entering high school (rising 9th graders). Students who don’t meet these requirements need to secure permission from Invest Bright before competing.
Students can register in teams of 1-4 actively participating members. Teams must be registered with correct emails and a team leader must make sure everyone is looped in communications. Communication regarding the competition will be made through email, our Discord server, and our Instagram account. Invest Bright will not be responsible for any negligence on the participants’ side regarding communications.
Teams and individuals may also choose their own names, and are free to be creative with them. However, any names deemed vulgar or offensive may be disqualified. Invest Bright also reserves the right to mandate changes to team names which it deems appropriate (you may be disqualified if inappropriate team names are used).
Teams may be composed of members from anywhere in the world. Teams may also adjust size and composition (restricted to a maximum of four) until paper trading begins (Date TBD). Afterward, any adjustments in the team must be submitted for consideration to investbrightinfo@gmail.com. Teams that do not submit requests for changes will not be considered and may be disqualified.
Registration is free, and we welcome all competitors! However, we will only accept the first 60 teams (TBD for 2022) to sign up on a first come first serve basis. We will announce when we have full registrations; teams can only sign up at their discretion by contacting us.
We will not be responsible or liable if participants fail to abide by these terms and we reserve the right to disqualify teams.
To register, all participants must have parent consent (No exceptions!).
